Mr. Stambaugh has lived in the Yakima Valley since 1992. He attended YVCC through the running start program and obtained his associate's degree. Then he obtained his bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University, and later a paralegal certificate from University of Washington. After receiving his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, he promptly returned to Yakima.
 

Mr. Stambaugh has previously worked as a commercial fisherman, metal fabricator, and construction worker.  In his spare time, Mr. Stambaugh enjoys technical hobbies.
 

Mr. Stambaugh believes that whether a client is coming to him with a hopeful new venture, a contract to negotiate, or in the middle of  a crisis - he can always help to improve their position, and keep them moving toward their goals.  He will help the client to understand where they are, identify their options, and implement their choices.
